We’re sorry to see you go! If you’d like to permanently delete your GoToo account, please follow the simple steps below. Once deleted, all of your data, including your profile information, activity history, and saved content, will be removed and cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Account

Open the Profile Screen and tap on your avatar (or the “Profile” tab) at the bottom of the app.

Tap the More Options Menu in the top-right corner of your profile, tap the ⋯ (three-dots) icon.

Select “Delete My Account” from the menu that appears and choose Delete My Account.

Confirm Deletion. A confirmation dialog will pop up. Tap Confirm to permanently delete your account.
What Happens Next?
Data Removal: All your personal data, trips, comments, messages, and settings will be erased from our systems.
Finality: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to use GoToo again, you will need to create a new account.
Support: If you change your mind or encounter any issues, please reach out to us before completing the deletion process.
